The team is widely regarded as the experienced market leaders in the disposal of sale & leaseback investments with clients including Lloyds TSB Bank plc, HSBC Bank plc, Bristol & West plc, Bradford & Bingley plc, Kwik Fit and Hall & Woodhouse.

Typically lot sizes are up to £5 million, but we have sold lots in excess of £12.5 million.

Sales are held regularly throughout the year in Central London. Each auction typically consists of 60 to 100 lots, located across the country.
