Do I need to register?

There is no need to register for our auctions. Advance registration is only necessary if you are planning to bid by proxy, by telephone or via the Internet.

However, if you are successful in purchasing property you will be required to have deposit funds and a form of identification.

After the hammer falls

If you have successfully purchased a property you are committed to sign a the necessary paperwork and contracts. A 10% deposit is also required.

In the majority of cases completion will follow 28 days later
